COMMUNITY GARDENS

 

It’s been said that gardening is the purest of human pleasures. And you don’t have to have a “green thumb” to participate in Fairfield Glade’s Community Gardens. Our experienced gardeners make those who may have never gardened before feel welcome and will happily provide advice and help if you desire it.

 

Our garden area covers about two acres and is divided into 40’x40’ individual plots. Because of the size, some choose to garden a half plot. Some share with a friend, while others let us find a partner for them. Our garden fee is very modest and includes water access and spring tilling. The Community and Conference staff can direct you to the Garden Coordinator to answer any questions regarding our Community Gardens, whether you are a resident or just considering a move to Fairfield Glade.
